Heeellllpp !!! Thought I had a dodgy Battery with my Skycig kit, it seemed not to be charging properly... but then would work fine.
It's now flashing... and or.. showing a steady light.. and not attached to anything ?????
wondering if it's safe ????

Skycig batteries are automatic, they turn on when you use them. They do this by having a little switch in them which activates when you suck air through. Skycig will replace it without hassle, but first try blowing gently through the hole in the top of the battery and see if this unsticks the switch

That doesnt sound too safe, sounds like a duff battery. The contacts on it are clean?

Azzie, the auto batteries aren't sealed, so juice can get into them & booger up the switches.

Hold it connector end down with a newspaper underneath and snap vigorously from the wrist.. That'll atleast put it out for now..

Chrissie, I've had my doubts about that battery since I got it. It seemed awkward to screw into the charging slot in the case and when charging it in the case.. the case charging light would show a steady light for for a wee while then it would blink stutter then come steady again in various sequences.
The other battery when charging in the case would screw in easier and the case would show a steady light until the battery was charged then blink as it should do.
Also when vaping the cartridge seemed to get very hot with this battery on it.
I've already explained all of this to Skycig but so far no response from them.
PS The battery is still flashing.. that's from 3pm this afternoon !

GJ, I think you need to upgrade to an ego/Riva as soon as you can.

Also... I did fill my own cartridges last night but was very careful not to overfill them. I had them sitting on tissue for a while just to catch any spillage.
