I am just looking at the picture and compairing them to the ones I have already. The ones I have look different, yours have a small band of silver at the bottom where as mine have a large band, I take it that the attys do not come out of those ones? also what size are those tanks?

In the Ego-T the atomizer is pressed into the cone and damn hard to get out..It's possible you have the Ego-C where the atomizer can be unscrewed.
The tanks are the same between the ego-t and the ego-c as far as I know..That one Des is selling is ego-T type A tank and atomizer....

Thanks macca, I was wondering what the difference was between the eGo C and T as I have the C kit and a T battery and there is no differencs that I can see. I did make a mistake of buying some Type B tanks, and they look huge compaired to my Type A ones. What would I need to get to make them fit?

On the Ego-c battery the light changes colour as the battery drains from white to light blue to dark blue.. Oh, mine does not do that, It just glows blue, when the battery is out of juice it flashes at me. It was sold as an eGo C kit with 2 1100mAh batteries in it. Have I got something else then? I know that his is going to be a silly question but is it not just a case of getting the straight tube and replacing the atty and base from the cone into it? or are the attys different sizes too? Thanks for your help on this Macca, there is still a lot for me to learn on the different connectors etc lol

If you can get a straight cone with threading to screw onto your atty I guess you could use your type B tank..Not too sure..I don't own either..
I thought you said you had a T battery in an earlier post..What colour is the light on the battery when it's charged?
Edit: The type should also be etched on the battery if it is a genuine Joytech..

i think it was reported that offical ego-c batts were suppose to change colour when at 25%(from white to blue than dark blue or s'thing) but the 1st batch missed this feature out(surprise surprise)...dunno about clones though.

All ego-T and C batteries have 5 click protection and so do many clones in the market.
If the batteries that you bought as part of the kit do not have the etching on them, chances are they ain't Joyetech..Does the crown have a marking on them?
The ego-t that's marked up will give you 3.5 volt under no load even when fully charged. Chances are those two batteries that you bought as part of the kit will give you 4.2 volts under no load which means they're not Joyetech..

Ok the T one gives me 4.44 V no load, one of the batts gives me 4.1 and the other is on charge as it was only showing 3.6 so once that is charged I will take a reading. But at the moment it looks like all of my batteries are knock offs

Yep..But on the bright side they vape better than the original, atleast when freshly charged.... 4.44 is a bit excessive.. I would treat that battery with care..
