Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Have any of you tried/using this product?
I was listening to my local radio station who where discussing the pros and cons of using this as an aid to help people with Arthritis and other ailments....Loads of people rang in to praise this, as I suffer from muscle fatigue and Arthritis I thought I would give it a go.

I have ordered the Organic one as it is the purist with the 'mother base'...apparently this is most important.

Expecting delivery today, will drink it 3 times a day diluted in water and a bit of honey and see if I benefit from it.

The cons apparently are slight heartburn/acid indigestion hence the use of honey to sweeten it a bit.

Thanks for that fagin, makes for very interesting reading, but nobody could prove it does not work, only the people that use it can prove that it does if their health has improved to the satisfaction of a Dr.


I can see similar things being written about vaping in the future, nobody can yet prove it does not deter people from smoking tobacco, but the people that have stopped smoking with vaping can.
This is obviously hypothetical as no research has as far as I know taken place by the WHO.

I will still be using the Organic ACV as I believe it is the best.

Good 'ole' Cider Vinegar, like most things good in moderation, my friend swears by it, and as we both make Cider from our lovely apples we usually get at least one bottle of it to share, quite nice on chips!!!

Euck I bought some as my mother has been taking it for years, she swears by it but I couldn't tell you if it would of done me any good as I nearly brought it straight back up, tastes vile. May be better with honey though

You did well to find some with the mother in it - you can
fish it out and use it to make more vinegar from the cider
of your choice (it's the bacteria that convert alcohol to vinegar).

Vinegar is also good for weight loss it's what's in the over the counter diet pills have in them

I take this daily and swear by it. It certainly deadens the pain!!


I do however use a slightly different formulation.


I take out the vinegar bit, but make up for it by having at least 6 pints of it!
