shisha/hookah pipes

HI All, Yoda here again, Thank you for all your help with my last question, Very much appreciated.
Now i have a question that intrigues me...
I am due to go to Egypt in a few weeks and whilst i was there previous i had a few toots on there Shisha / Hookah pipes (they had some awesome flavours) Now my question is : I don't know what they use for these pipes but was wondering would it be ok to bring some home to Vape on with my E cig??. I dont think there oil based but must be very similar to the juice used back here in Blighty.
I would need nicotine free but would get the local bellboy to help out here with the lingo.
Just a question i was asking myself...Maybe someone has been or knows someone who has tried these things,

I thought they used flavoured tobacco with the smoke passed through water?

I tried one a few years ago in Spain, with apple flavoured tobacco, it was very nice, but I smoked nastie at the time any way.

Des is right, I used to have one and its definitely tobacco (does taste lovely though!!)

An iolite or Davinci portable vaporizer may help..

But these are not what is commonly called ecigs though you can use them to vape e-juice..

Looks like i may give the Shisha / Hookah mixes a wide berth

I stopped smoking many years ago but still missed the throat hit and that's why i started the e cig / Vaping,
What would be the best ( cigarette style) equipment to buy in order to vape nicotine free and would i still be able to achieve the throat hit??, Obviously money and price are an issue so nothing really expensive.
Is there lots of nicotine free juices around??, Eventually i will start to make my own but not before i am confident of what im doing and the best ingredients / safest to use.
Just like to add this is the best site for a newbie like me to come for advice...Everyone seems so helpful.

If you must have a small E-cig and most are frankly pants then you could get a SD Keyring from Jason here www.vapeescape.co.uk/the-sd-keyring-ecig~266 and ask him to put in 2 blank carto's instead of the prefilled ones. Use the The only drawback with this is it's only one battery so you'll have to wait while it charges, alternatively you could get 2
