Vivi atty unscrewing itself.

My Vivi atty has started to unscrew itself during use breaking connection. The first time I threw the atty in the bin thinking it had bunt out, happened again with new atty but tightened it up and its ok. rescued old atty and that is ok too. How does this happen, is it just me.

It can happen when you remove the top to re-fill if the attie wasn't screwed in tight enough. Next time the tank needs a re-fill, remove the outer tube and tighten the attie up
