Oh No!

Someone knocked into me when I was out and about this morning, my Twist was in my hand and it dropped on the floor! The button seems to be stuck in at the bottom end, still works when I press it, but cant get the bottom bit of the button to come out. Will I be okay to use it still?

Can you post a photo of the button and connector please?

If it works when you press it and goes off when you release it it should be fine to use..You are also able to lock it by pressing it 5 times, I take it..

Thanks hun, I've tried gently teasing the bottom of the button out, but it dont seem to want to come out. I was only holding it in my hand while I was getting my purse out to pay for something, and this silly woman just slammed into me. Thank goodness I've other batteries!

I can just about make it out that the button is not level..

The impact has possibly mis-aligned the circuit board housing underneath the button slightly. I wouldn't worry too much about it so long as it works as it should..

Thanks for the input........ yes it still works, its just the bottom of the button is pressed in more than the top, I just needed reassurance that it was ok to use and to have a tiny vent at the rudeness of some people......... will get another tho as they're not expensive

I had an Ego that went through a full wash cycle a few months back , dried it out over the fire for a few days and it's still going strong
