Smells Horrible...........

There I was, having my first vape of the day in the lounge & my housemate walked in & said 'That smells horrible......What is it? '...............I didn't think vaping smelt that much..........I had mixed some RY4 18mg, with Kentucky Peachwood 70/30.....think she's imagining it...............

Nope unfortunatly it can smell. Though I personally dont think that is a bad thing, as most of them have a better smell than airfreshners lol

I would have thought 'Smells Horrible' was a bit OTT.............I don't want to get a conscience about smell wherever I vape...............besides, I would have thought that particular aroma was nice........i can't smell it myself, so wouldn't know

That is the thing, someone my smell that and thing, wow what a lovely smell, and another might hate it. people are different. Either way, it has to be better than the smell of stake smoke

Funny you should say that Chris.... I was puffing away on RY4 the other day and my OH said it smelled like BO!!!

Got to admit that I don't like the taste or smell of RY4 - but it smells far better than real cigs.

i tend to agree with you re: taste and smell of RY4. How many people have, like me, gone and bought 50ml of it because of the raptures some people used to go into when discussing it. I really tried to like it and vaped half of my 50ml. But nope....not for me.

My house smells all the better for me and the mrs vaping. No particularly strong smells. Just a pleasant whiff of something you can't put your finger on. Visitors often comment on it.

I get quite the opposite with the cocomel and whiskey cream, People say they know when I've been at work cos the room smells nice

Hi Delboy, long time no see - good to hear you are still vaping I think RY4 must be the e-liquid equivalent of Marmite - folks either love it or hate it

And although, I really don't like the taste of RY4 (love Marmite though ), when I said I didn't like the smell of it, I meant when you take the lid off the bottle & sniff it. The actual vapour smells more than OK.

Blakey, I get similar comments even when vaping tobacco flavours.

I cant smell anything when I vape but my husband and mother can, they often sniff the air and say what's that your vaping, I always ask if it smells bad and they always say no thankfully!

wify does not mind me vaping anything fruit based flavours as she likes them but the moment I switch to tobacco flavoured she gives the verdict "I dont like that smell"

I dont get on too well with RY4 either, tastes and smells like curried xmas pud to me >

Some of my homebrews smell like a tom cat, but tastes great

i love the smell of my vape... mum often comments on how nice it smells, saves her burning yankee candles my niece and nephew always have to play guess the flavour
