It's not the end of the world if you do give in to temptation and have a ciggie! What does it matter in the grand scheme of things? Count the ciggies you don't have, not the ones that you do. don't put yourselves under pressure and before you know it you'll not really want one and if you try one you'll be putting it out quickly and reaching for your vape

I didn't even contemplate stopping, I just thought that an e-cig would help me cut down as although I still enjoyed smoking I didn't enjoy coughing for at least half an hour every morning I shocked myself when I did stop

I didn't think I would just stop either, I still have a some regular cigs in the house, my friend came over for dinner today and said "you might as well throw them away now" but I don't want to yet, I like knowing they're there if I was to want one, as many have said so that there isn't any pressure

Yes there are 6 in my work jacket pocket. I burned my bridges too when I cut my hours at work the same week I decided to have no more cigs. The die is cast and lets face it I have my nicotine I don't need the cigs. I would still feel not 100% and a bit down even if I had one

Oh that's a shame Ellen Jason has posted saying RM pick up from him at 3pm, so looks like it will be Friday before you get your order.

I still have an un-opened pack of Marlboro in the cupboard with my vaping gear. Not as a safety net, but to remind me that I had a carton of 200 and suddenly found that I'd forgotton to smoke as I was enjoying vaping so much. Many folk here have a similar story to tell and keep the tobacco as a reminder

I have an open pack of tobacco in my drawer I also came across my tobacco tin the other day, it still has tobacco, papers and filters in it. I still have a kind of sentimental attachment to it, but there is no way I'm smoking the contents

Nice one Ellen, I couldn't find a really nice juice to start off with, one that I could vape for any length of time, I was always searching for something better, took me ages but by then, it was to late, I had developed vapaholism, never shook it off, sadly the down side of that is vapaspendism, vapemail and postie stalking
