Ok I am going to try to help people out with what it's all about in this minefield of different atomizers and carts.
First of all the battery connector is the same on all of them, as in it will go on to the eGo battery and the Riva battery (plus other mods out there that use this). If your unsure what I am meaning, it looks like this
It has a 510 thread connection in the middle and the eGo/Riva thread on the outside.
eGo-C, Type AThis comes with a tapered body a detachable base and a replicable atomizer.
And looks like this
In this picture you can see going from left to right, the Atomizer, the Base, The atomizer in the base, the cone.
The cone screws onto the base over the atomizer and holds it in place.
The
Type A Part is the cartridges that it takes. They look like this
They are pushed down onto the atomizer which pierces the rubber/plastic cap allowing the wick to get to the eLiquid.
Replacement caps can be purchased also replacement atomizers.
eGo-C, Type BThis is basically the same as the Type A but with a few modifications. The cone is now a straight tube the atomizers are larger as are the cartridges.
This is an image of the Type B
These are the cartridges against each other
These work in the same way but the Type B holds more (almost double). Both atomizers and end caps can be purchased separately for this
eGo-T, Type A & Type BThis is identical the the eGo-C in operation and takes the same cartridges but it does not have a replaceable atomizer. When the atomizer breaks on these they are classed as disposable.
This is an eGo-T Type A
and this is an eGo-T Type B
These are the basics of the eGo range cartridge range.
OthersBecause of the connectors on the battery there are many variations of atomizers that can be fitted to them, one of the latest is the eGo-W pictured here
A clear version of a Type A
The ever loved Stardust
And many many more.
I hope that you have found this useful and cleared away some of the confusion that I had when I first started to use the eGo system
