This is now officially the longest I've ever gone without a cigarette since I started smoking,

Thats great news, congrats. I have never been more than 3 days either, my sig is a lie, it's been 10 days really, It's correct for the vaping but incorrect for cigs not smoked . Having said that I only had 1 a day for the 4 days prior. I have to agree about the help and support..........who cares about broken record keep telling everyone  |
