Hi All, I had to go for my annual lung function test today at work - I do a lot of soldering, and the LFT is something I usually avoid like the plague, as every year I get moaned at !! Any way its 4 weeks since I gave up the fags and took up vaping and I thought my breathing had improved - it was pretty bad to tell the truth !! I used to get out of breath just going upstairs. Last year the results were in the 70% of normal, this time in the 80 and 90%, a big improvement, the nurse at work was quite impressed. So carry on vaping I say  . |
