On the OP Kirsty you mention the running and dehydration. I have varous types of diabetes (Tyoe 2 AND Insipidus) and find that drinking water makes me feel a hell of a lot better. Try taking a water bottle when you go running and just sip regularly.

Here's the thing. There are no Doctors on here, and just because a symptom has shown itself within a short while of beginning to use e-cigs, it does most definitely not mean the two things are related. If you're worried, then go and see a doctor - it's their job to sort that kind of thing out.
Lest you think me over-dramatic, a bloke a couple of years ago was complaining of symptoms that began coincidentally with him switching to e-cigs. Luckily for him, relatives insisted he saw a doctor - luckily, because had he followed the no doubt well-meant advice given on the forum in question (it wasn't here), he'd have died. His symptoms were nothing to do with e-cigs at all, although they were quite similar to what quite a few people had experienced.

I also think it's worth a mention that you have to remember the 4000 or so chemicals that your body is withdrawing from by not smoking...... Is it what your vaping ?....... or is it what you are now depriving your body of that's causing some of these symptoms ??

This is what I think you should consider too,I remember years ago speaking too a very friendly pharmacist, when I was trying to give up smoking, the hairs in your lungs will start to work again and may cause you some giddiness, your body will be getting withdrawal symptoms,of course everyone reacts differently and it may not be the case and it may be what others say, perhaps a good days rest and try to vape only a bit and see how you feel, hope you feel better soon though

Takshaka does it make your sugar levels drop very low ? Cos I felt like I hadn't eaten in days this morning you know that sicky empty feeling Yes it does make my sugar levels drop very low, I think I have it under control now by being careful about the nic levels and snacking on nuts and seeds throughout the day. At first it was during my workout in the morning but then I started to just feel like my sugar levels were generally low all the time without a noticeable crash. And before anyone says it, yes I know that a sensible person would go to the Dr, but I am not a sensible person and only visit the Dr if I am in fear of death or parts of me that I am fond of dropping off Incidentally, when you first stop smoking you can feel like your sugar levels are low when they are in fact normal because of the sudden increase in oxygen in your blood. This only usually occurs in the first few days though.

I suffer from IBS sometimes though it has been under control for a while, for the past week or so I've had a lot of IBS like symptoms, cramps etc, the cramps have passed now, but one particular symptom doesn't seem to be going anywhere Hopefully it will pass, it may turn out to be a PG thing, it's still better than the smoking alternative health problems for me. Have also had some nausea and low blood sugar type problems too, I just need to put down the Riva and eat properly at times The digestive system is something that smoking plays havoc with so there is a strong possibility that your IBS will improve dramatically over time, but as is often the case, it may get worse before it gets better as your body cleans out all the toxins and gets used to your new cleaner body chemistry and heals itself.

Always a complicated subject, naturally the first advice should always be, if your worried, see a doctor, but we do go through so many changes when we stop the cigs as already talked about, we also, have things happen anyway, doesn't matter what we do/don't put in our bodies.
