pg or vg or a mixture of both

I bought this starter kit

but it doesn`t tell me if it is pg or vg or a mixture of both

does anyone know please

the grizwalds pick n mix are only pg as are the e-lites

I am still trying to suss out any reason why ecigs might have triggered off my asthma

I also noticed only the e-lites have a use by date on them

I would be almost certain it's PG in a disposable Joan, but drop Jason an email and he'll confirm it

Joan, as has been said before, the majority of juices tend to be 70% PG & 30% VG, so tha is most likely the mix in the cartridges that came with that e-cig & your e-lites

PG is in inhalers for asthma, so I would be surprised that was what triggered your asthma attack.

By a use by date on your e-lites, do you mean the e-liquid in their prefilled cartomisers? Eliquid has a shelf life of 2 years & after that time, about the only thing that will deteriorate is the the nicotine strength.

and in the ingredients only mentions the pg

as you say chrissie, PG is in inhalers for asthma, so I would be surprised that was what triggered your asthma attack.

The Grizwalds pick and mix contain both pg and vg. I have read somewhere that vg can cause asthma like symptons if you are allergic.

They probably have have BB dates as another sales ploy to get you to throw stuff out when it's perfectly OK to vape

Joan, something to note is that when you give up smoking you go through a period of coughing and respiratory problems. These issues have nothing to do with the vapeing.

batty, yes I know that is why I only cut down and didn`t cut out the ciggies altogether

I will get to the bottom of the cause of my coughing eventually because e-cigs are the only thing that has come close to helping me to stop smoking

I also notice a lot of vapour with the griswalds juices

I won`t get back on the e-cigs again until my asthma is properly better this time

I did not mean to teach you to suck eggs there Joan, I was just pointint that out in general, and those symptoms can start to appear even by just reducing.

Could it be a combination of things like the cutting back and associated symptoms, phlem excess from vaping, the extrordinary high pollen count that has been about, etc, etc.

If you are cutting out vaping to test the thoery about it frigering off your asthma, try not to replace it with the extra ciggy's as that might mask the results of your testing. I know when I used to get a cold, going out for a ciggy used to stop me coughing.
