Sounds right and sounds fine, now what you need to do is compare it to what you get from the battery. Take the battery out red to the + (positive) terminal and black to the - (negative) terminal and see if that reads the same. That way you can tell if any power is being lost through the switch or connections of your TW.

Yes raggy, Your Touchwood is performing fine. So the difference between it and your VV device is down to the difference between Variable Voltage and a "straight" device.

So the difference between it and your VV device is down to the difference between Variable Voltage and a "straight" device. thanks des. it really amazes me that a lot of you peeps use many devices, some of you changing maybe 3 times during a day. i couldnt do that as the best one for you is the best one too use all the time. too me its a bit like a rollie smoker changing midday to straights, tea time to cigars and then a pipe about 8pm. i just couldnt do that. but then im the same with flavours i find what i like and stay with it. i suppose its because i vape instead of smoking (as we all do) but dont treat it as a different entity altogether, it has just replaced fags for me. i do prefer VVs now though, thats for sure. but my LTs are a bit worn and can play up at times. ive used the spary you suggested but it hasnt really helped, maybe they need a longer blast out through. the little buttons are a little too far in now and to V set is a pain at times, it dont always retain the memory on a quick battery change. the big LT dont always fire up on a morning for some reason and also periodically during the day. but when there working there very good. raggy.............
