Cone affects the draw?

I can confirm, my holey cones make for a much more pleasant vape, IMO

I don't like the tight draw that the cone normaly gives

But, I like using the cones when I'm out and about, not just because it looks better, but, it just makes the whole device seem a bit sturdier when you have it in your pocket/handbag
