OK, new to this and sorry if it's a repost but is there an easy reference guide as to what I can use with a 510 battery/atomiser? Battery is the standard auto one that came in the 510 kit I bought, and so is the atomiser (due to buy a new one so asking now before i stick with the same useable ones). Ideally i would like something that holds a bit more juice, and be as cheap as possible (don't we all want this )

any 510 cartomiser etc. will work, but if it is a cig-a-like auto battery, your addons like clearomisers or tanks will not work. Advice that was given to me, was to go for a 510 battery with a little more umph! As an example I have the ego-T battery vapeescape.co.uk/joyetech-ego-t-1000mah-battery~213 coupled with the charger, I have found one of these batteries to last almost 3 days without charge. This battery is also regulated, meaning that it's output is the same up until a re-charge is required. Go for the very best you can afford, or call or email one of the many shops (I've quoted Vape-Escape as that's who I used to start with, I found them helpful, and brilliant in their advice and they supported me all the way with my first order). If you really want to stick with cig-a-like's the Innokin 180mah auto battery is very good, stick with the Innokin cartomisers, and have maybe 3 batteries so one is always on a rest period, this way you'll get maximum life out of the batteries. vapeescape.co.uk/innokin-510-batteries-*black-%26-white*~305vapeescape.co.uk/innokin-aio-510-cartomisers~14I bought the above to be a "socially acceptable" form for when I was out and about, but I have started using the Vision 900 - with cartomisers, and clearomisers, the later being very easy to fill, but you will go through a little more juice! (especially if you sit with it in your hand whilst browsing this forum If money is tight, try saving a little extra so you can get the best you can, as you will save in the long run, might mean waiting a week or two, but it will be worth it in the end! all the best!

SR (standard Resistance) Boge or Kanger cartomisers will be OK to use on your mini 510. They hold a bit more juice than the cartridges.

Just thought I'd add my tuppence worth.... I use the 510 Tanks and the standard Boge cartomisers do not perform well at all on the 220mah batteries. The Innokin cartomisers are far better and give loads of vapour. I think it's because they have a lower resistance than the standard Boge. I've got 4 out of a pack 5 Boge, lying in the drawer - no good to me. You can get the Innokin at vapeescape, just be sure to keep them wet and I think you will be pleased with the performance.

I started off with the small 510s and looked for exactly what the OP is looking for - a larger carto or something to fit. I realised the smaller batteries were no good, so bought a couple of Ego 900mAh batts and some standard resistance cartos. I did try the larger cartos with the small batteries but while they worked it wasn't all that great. Anyway, the Ego batteries enabled me to try out Dual Coil cartos, Vision clearomiser and things got better, especially when I found the Smok DCC cartos. Now I have a Lavatube and happily puff away on it with a choice of Smok DCC, 3.5ml tank, Clearo, or the older SR cartos, whatever takes my fancy. I tend to use the LT in the evening, indoors, but take the Ego set with me when going out as I know it will last long enough outside and with two Ego batts, a couple of cartos and a top-up bottle of fave mix it's all hunky-dory.
This is all based around the 510 connector, which has turned out to be a standard of sorts - just as well really, as at the beginning I wasn't sure of what would fit what.
