How do they make the flavours for liquid, i was thinking for ages but couldnt work it out.
I saw one that was caramalised apple pudding, so how do they get the concentrated flavour

This is a really interesting subject, but surprisingly little information is available online about how flavour concentrates are made. I think that the flavourists keep their methods quite secret, they are like secret recipes.
The general idea is that stuff contains flavour molecules and they extract the flavour molecules from whatever stuff you want to taste. So for example, say you were making a vanilla flavour concentrate, you would start with lots of vanilla pods and extract the flavour molecules by some method.
I think that professional flavour houses use distillation processes, but there are other more complicated methods. If you were to do your own home made vanilla extract, you might soak vanilla pods for some weeks in vodka, then filter out all the solids and the vodka would then contain the flavour molecule.
Like I say though. I have only read bits and bobs and dont know too much about it, but I would like to know more, it sounds like fun!
