Hi James, if you are serious about reselling and buying wholesale then you should try this site out....

I have use them a couple of times for Dekang E-Liquids (works out to be £21 for 250ml of RY4 freepost) and they are spot on mate plus alot cheaper than Health Cabin (£40 for 250ml inc. P&P), Health 007 etc.

You should always factor in the possibility of import duty at about 3% and 20% VAT on the total plus the duty. The only way to avoid this is to order less than £18 from non EU countries.
