Strange thing is, all the way through the process I was still waiting for the catch. I suppose all they can do with info provided is bombard my e-mail and block me letterbox

Totally off topic, but reminded me when you said about the junk mail coming through the door Annie. A tip from another site I am a member of that is into green/cheap living. IF you have a wood burning fire/stove/whatever, get yourself a paper log making device )or make one) and then put your address down to every free type of thing going so that you get loads of junk mail. Then just spend time tearing them up and removing staples, put them in a bucket to water with a bit of bleach in it, and stir occasionally, when they start to turn into pulp, take out and make logs/bricks for the fire. apparently you can get enough through in the summer to last nearly all winter, and it is free (to you anyway).
