140 odd percent above rrp?

Hi all,
Unsure what board to post this is but I guess its a noob question.
Im after a ggts badly! But having difficulty finding out how to purchase one. I've seen on another forum that someone is selling one but for way over the rrp. What is that all about? There expensive for my pockets as is. I appreciate market conditions supply and demand etc. But I find it. Errrm, well off putting shall I say. Is this what I'm going to have to swallow though to get my ggts or wait for a new batch to come out (only for them to be sold in a few hours). Im looking also at a provari mini but somehow I feel like ill be selling out I dont know why!
How do I get on a list for one, sorry I can't even work that out.

Jayjay, because the GG range is so often out of stock & some of the models/editions are no longer made, they become collectors items. Hence why you often see them up for sale way above RRP.

As far as I know, there isn't any list you can get on I'm afraid However, Cam, does occasionally do pre-orders, so it's best to keep an eye out on his site - he has just created a new one for the GG range -

I saw that advert too and was very confused about the price, I don't know why he would show the RRP and such a price hike, I assumed it was a mistake, but since I didn't want to buy, I didn't want to ask. Hope you can come across one at a reasonable price soon

Ellen, it's a rule on UK Vapers, that everyone has to show the RRP.

jayjay have you looked at the pro's and con's of a ggts vs provari? Do you know why you want the GG so much, and why do you feel that a provari is a sellout?

yeah ive looked at the pros and cons and the ggts is more shiny! I really wish thrte was zero element of truth in that!
The ggts has variable draw.
More telescopic
i can fit a kick
and just appears more custom built.

i like the facy he includes the rrp. it makes it appear that at least you wont be getting stabbed in the back and more a case of you eant? Hrtes the score!
Its annoying because tomorrow ill be donating my first months savings from quitting the ciggies (which for me is 70 quid) to a worthy cause, and then get to see it can be a dog eat dog world to some. good luck to anyone who does that, i guess im just not use to seeing it just yet.
oh and ellen, my spelling is terrible, and i know you csnt accept bad spelling but i have no pc, only a phone and there appears to be a glitch in that i cannot move the cursor! So no going back for me im afraid!

Hi jayjay - I'm afraid you are after one of the most sought after mods on the planet! I have fancied one for a very long time, but was not prepared to pay the price they usually go for on the classies. I struck lucky on Monday and got a new one on pre-order from the vendor Chrissie has linked to - they sold out in about 10 minutes
However, he is going to do another pre-order when the stock arrives at the end of next week. If you click the news link at the top of the page you will see where he does updates of what is happening - you just have to keep checking that until he announces the time the scrummage will begin!
To see the mod - click on Golden Greek on the side bar; as you have discovered clicking on the picture does not work.
