I just have to put in aword for Jason and Vapeescape.
I had a problem with the aluminium sleeve that I bought with my ViVI tank.....there was a fault with the threads...the top cap wouldn't screw on, and liquid was leaking through the bottom cap. A quick email to Jason, and he is sending out a replacement without me having to send back the faulty one.
I had a problem with an atomiser a few weeks ago, and once again, he sent out a replacement, and told me not to bother sending back the other one. Not many vendors would be so trusting, he really is a top bloke!
By the way, I love the ViVi tanks....it is so nice to get something that actually works so well without a lot of faffing. It looks great on the Provari Mini.
The Provari is just excellent, I really love it! I am in vaping heaven at the moment. Thanks to all of you for your advice, it was spot on. If I knew then, what I know now, I would have taken the plunge and bought a ferrari,....OOPS!....I mean a provari! In the first place. Still, That's Life!

Since I've been Vaping, I must say Jason has been no1 regarding products, advice and service. I wanted to say Thanks too him too, shame he didn't have anymore Riva's in stock when I wanted another, so I ordered an ego from else where and I've had nothing but problems with the Cleoromisers and when I called the supplier to explain not at all helpful, very bad customer service! Thanks Jason for Great Riva

Had to register on this forum just to agree with this this post. I've been vaping for just over 3 months and Vape Escape has proved to be the most friendly, helpful and efficient vendor for me too.

Can't say enough nice things about Jason, my favourite vendor by far. Never heard a bad word about him, his products or service.

Yeah I agree with the above. I received a short measure on a sample bottle of juice. Half mentioned it on another forum, and boooom. A fresh bottle through my letter box the next day.
