Jason I have been trying for 2 days now, I just cant seem to make it come together Esme, take a couple of pics and show us what your problem is, maybe we can see what's happening and explain better how to rectify it Take one of the ceramic housing and one of the wick/coil set up you made.

Without wanting to sound callous, I seriously believe that this presents a business opportunity. Not only would prebuilt wick/wire solutions sell well, but they would be a boon to those that needed them too. They could be sold in different resistances too. I wonder if Jason could give them away like he does with his drip tips...

Don't strangle the wick - just ensure that the wire touches the wicking material and that will alleviate some of the fraying. Lining it all up prior to winding (like Scott does in his video) actually helps me with that particular issue.

Wet the wick with some juice...That'll give it a bit more strength and minimize fraying..

I wonder if Jason could give them away like he does with his drip tips... Funnily enough we will be stopping the free drip tips soon, because we have received too many emails asking us to stop sending them But, it will be pens and other little gestures in future unfortunately and not pre-made wire At the risk of sounding like the Grim Reaper here.... Rebuildables just aren't for everyone

If nothing works, you can send it to me with some of the wick and coil and an extra stamp. I 'll make up a coil and send it back to you to try..
I am sure you can sell it on for cost price without too much difficulty if it's not for you..I think you will like it and will keep it once you get the hang of it..
