I'm sitting here vaping away on my ego with the CE4 V2 (yes I've learned a few names now) lol and I was wondering, does any one find that cleoromisers mute the taste in e liquids or is it my taste buds gone haywire?

hmmmmm Annie, I'm really glad you told me! I really thought it was my taste buds, cos every e juice I put in them it tastes the same Can I ask, is there anything you use which you find brings out the flavours in e juice?

I'm rather biased at the moment, I learnt how to rewick the coils on my viva nova and I'm loving the all round performance it gives but vaping choices are so different for everyone. One day when I have a penelope my Viva may end up at the bottom of my vaping tackle

Since I've cleaned my Vision V2's and V3's, and improved my technique, the flavour and throat hit have increased and I'm loving them. Still a different sensation to the Innokin Cartomizers, which I find are a lot more airy than then Clearomizers, but.........at the start, the Clearo's were a muted vape taste, everything tasted the same, clean, dry burn, vape long and slow, and see if that helps..........hope it does, but I guess, it's a Penelope for true vape taste hit and flavour

Thanks for the advise Tim, but to be honest there is one thing I can't figure out? why is it that after cleaning and dry burning the flavours taste a little better? Is it something to do with something being left on the cleoromisers while they were being manufactured?

Clearos generally need a little time to run them in.. I am sure someone else can give a more detailed explanation, but I think it has something to do with a fresh coil not being as good as one that has been burnt in a little.
It has nothing to do with washing and dry burning... although of course if you are washing and dry burning after using it for a while it will be burnt in by then so you will see an improvement.
I generally wash clearos/tanks etc before use though... just in case there is any residue from the manufacturing process... apart from that, I don't think it will speed up the burn in process.
