I see, this is soo much more complicated that I imagined. I'm glad I didn't just go out and buy something! I'll leave you in peace for a while now and fingers crossed this time next week I'll be free of the stinkies

Hi Paul and welcome Can I just say re the headaches, I don't know how long your sister was using the ecig or even if the headaches were related to it or anything else, but its a very common thing to get headaches when quitting, headaches can also be caused through to much vaping, same as if we smoke to much, they go with a bit of time and plenty of water, I remember I had terrible headaches and other things when I switched, they lasted about two weeks then went, I will still get them if I vape to much and drink to much alcohol

Hmmm yes I get headaches when lots of new flavours arrive and I try them all, well I don't let it reach real headache stage, I stop when I realise what's going to happen and why, which reminds me I still have 2 to try.

Hi Paul, and welcome (from another Paul). Riva and Ego are almost the same battery, but there are slight differences. The Ego is regulated, which means that you get the same power delivery (hence the same vape) all the time you are vaping, until the power has drained. The Riva is not regulated, so the vape changes over time as the battery drains. IMO, the Ego is better for a consistent vape - but you will find a drain point where the battery will just stop supplying power - at which point you change/charge the battery. As others have mentioned, make sure that any kit you get has 510 connections. This makes them as compatible with other kit as possible (although you can get adapters that convert between certain connectors). As to vaping more - this is likely to be true if you find a flavour that you really like (and we all do that eventually). You can combat the increased vaping by reducing the amount of nicotine that's delivered - or even removing it completely. Something to keep in mind. Glad to have you here - they're a great bunch, and mildly witty...

Hi Jayjay, I'm in Sittingbourne how about you? Hi Gordy, this is probably a stupid question, but how will I know what fitting things have? Will it clearly say on the websites? yeah most good websites will state what fitting they are 510 or ego fitting is the most common by far so worth trying to get a kit to suit as Chrissie said the vgo is a 901 or 808 connection which would leave you struggling to find kit that fitted so worth staying away from see how your e-lite goes but keep in mind these are the lowest step of the e-cig ladder... they offer a great compact size but suffer from poor performance because of this

Hello mate, I'm not far from you. Im in gillingham. I've got some e lite stuff you can have, charger, batteries, mobile charger. But I wouldn't recommend e lites anyway. I'd say go for the ego twist personally. If you wanna come round or meet halfway we can have a vape session to see what you like. It will be like blind leading the blind, but I have got some bits and bobs. Pm me your number if you like Cheers.

I might just take you up on that I'm busy this weekend but I'll give you a shout when I have some free time. It'll be nice to meet someone that doesn't think I'm crazy!

Well I've got the stuff here not doing anything. It's yours if you want it. But I'm pretty sure e lites will just frustrate you whilst burning a hole in your pocket for the refills. Each cart is different. Some may last only 5 mins before they die. Others 10 hours. some stronger than others etc. I'd defo not recommend but there yours if you want them. Just let me know. Cheers.

Paul, please do take jayjay up on his kind offer, you won't believe the difference between an e-lite and some of the other stuff around. Even Mr Fan has switched to a Riva and keeps the e-lites for going out with. (And I never thought I would type that ).
