Glad your feeling better Chris.. Hope you didn't have to confront your neighbour....It takes an awful lot for anyone to wind me up but when they do....Ooooh ! do I flip... strangely enough... I go very quiet and very polite and pronounce my words very correctly and very directly at who ever has crossed the line, usually leaving them in no doubt that it is now getting extremely dangerous to continue on their chosen path.

Mostly I deal with annoying people by thinking how they would look standing there naked ! ....or if that doesn't make me giggle... naked except for their socks ! seldom fails to have me in stitches... which if I'm honest doesn't really help the situation... seems to annoy people more when you laugh at them. hee...hee !

I felt great today....... no stress even I had to go to town and confronted by extemely rude people pushing and elbowing me as they went by.

Got home and decided to build my Penelope, everything was going great......... just found a vital part missing, I know it was on the table laid out to be fitted, within 2 mins of me leaving and returning to the table its gone walk about........... stress levels have gone through the roof

I get stressed to hell often, keep getting those crappy hot flushes (my age) which make me worse > so sympathize with those who suffer
