Elf (Elips) kits (not on clearance but cheap mini kits available) are now shipped with both sealed and regular cartridges, (sealed work better). They also ship with the thin tip droppers and corresponding childproof bottle cap required for the sealed carts. the droppers and caps are also available individually in the accessories page should you need (they must be used together but fit on regular bottles (the caps look just the same as regular ones but they are not)).
