Sorry to hear your news Peekay, those ceramics are delicate things, I snapped the top of mine with a very cheap jewellers screwdriver, hopefully there will be enough ceramics to go around when they go on sale. I've saved my broken (and slightly burned) one just in case, as it's still vapable and these things are so hard to come by

I cracked the very first ceramic I got with the ody when I was flaming it to get rid of the soap, that was months ago and since then I've never even chipped one. They are fragile and should be treated as such, screwdrivers should be used with great care and even then only to hold the nut in place to get the post to thread then all the tightening should be done from the post itself . More spares are supposed to be on the site from tues night so stock up

Incidentally, I superglued that first ceramic, not a problem unless the coils are touching the part that's glued It's still intact and perfectly useable but I stocked up when the chance arose and now have 4 spare for the mk1 and 3 spare for the mk2 so will probably never use it again
