So I've heard people talking about lifting the centre post and always assumed they meant on the atty, just realised that the battery also has a centre post that you can lift and that's actually what people are usually talking about, watched a short video and my Penelope now works on my Riva....
As I said I'll get my coat now

Penelope has been working great for a couple of days, but whenever my Ego Twist ran out of battery I had to put her down, now I don't and she looks a lot better on the chrome Riva

That's what happened to my first Ego-T. I took it back to the shop and the salesman sort of prised it up a bit, and it's been working fine ever since. Turned out I was tightening the charger too tightly and pushing the inner battery down too far.

They can be prised up at home (carefully) with a toothpick, mini screwdriver etc

Ellen put your coat back I think it was at almost the same point as you in vaping that I too discovered what they were all on about.
