PG/VG

I know this has been answered before & I've searched everywhere for the thread........Can someone quickly explain the ratios......I'm going to order some juice, but unsure which VG/PG..... I vape 24mg & like a good throat hit. When I started vaping I was ordering 50/50 & always tobacco, as it seemed a safer bet, but what would suit my requirements better?.............Apart from American Red that I want to order ( cos so far I find it the nearest tobacco flavour & I'm still waiting for Callum to get some 555 in to try ) I want to try a fruit flavour, in particular, Strawberry ( not sure why, probably it's a safe bet & I lurrrrrrrrrrrv strawberry's....... ).As most of you know, I vape at home on a LT & for out & about, either my Riva 1100 or Ego Twist......Thank you muchly..............

I like strawberry but I have only had one good one and that came from TW where I dont tend to go now,most good mixes seem to be 70/30-PG/VG,If you find a good one let me know as a few I have tried taste more like the pap you get out of a tin

More PG=More throat hit, less vapour, more runny.

More VG=More smooth and less throat hit, more vapour. thicker juice.

The banana flavoured DIY juice I gave you is 24 mg. 70/30 PG/VG..

Sounds like strawberry flavour can be hit & miss then, unless someone else can recommend one............

On the Pg?Vg thing... How does the ratio affect flavour strength?

My missus loves Health-E-Vape's Strawberry Delight with extra flavour, it's been her main vape for the last couple of weeks. I can't really comment on it though because I'm not a fan of fruit flavours.

Cherry flavor from callum I'd defo recommend. That's 70/30 aswell

VG itself is sweet by nature so I can only assume that it adds to sweetness in certain flavours?

yep exactly, hence why there is different mixes ....i love the flavour of the juice but want throat hit so i tend to go for 70% PG with 30% VG so that it still has enough vapour to satisfy

throat hit can also be obtained by more nic or higher volts/lower resistance

best thing to do is to try different mixes and see which suites you
