I've been totally blown away by today's achievements, the athletics tonight was absolutely fantastic and I have to admit to tearing up with pride...team GB are doing us proud!

I felt so sorry for that pair of rowers who ended up with silver, they were absolutely distraught. But I will admit to welling up at nearly everyone's medal ceremony.

They have done us proud today especially the cyclists was so proud of our 3 girls beat the world record then beat their own world record in their second run of the day

When was winning Silver or Bronze for that matter, ever considered a ' failure ' . . . I hope they get over that and are able to enjoy the success they've worked so hard for.

I usually loathe sports things, and usually the Olympics I can give or take really. But this time i've been really caught up in it. Not sure if it's the fact its held here or we're doing so well or a combination of both, but i'm definitely loving it.

I'm the same too Boo, normally only make a point of watching the gymnastics but this year I have been glued to it all.

We've just won another gold medal - Jason Kenny, sprint cycling!!
