Jason...... OMG........................ I am in love (picture ecstatic swoon here)............... I got the first of my dooberries filled and attached to a battery, and .............. orgasmic vaping bliss (another swoon)....... So far, sooooo much better than a standard attie.

Am about to order some more, but, little question...... have you any idea how long these things last? How often can you refill them, or top them up? Also, I juice with a mixture of L and B, coffee, caramel and maple (thanks to Jimmybat and Kev) - but the combination is thick in consistency - thus I believe clogs rather more than the clearer juices. Thus, with one of these, can one/does one, clean the wadding stuff and reinsert, or not? ??? Hope that makes sense.

I'm really pleased that you got to grips with them

I'm sure some of the members will give you their view, but lifespan seems to be excellent. I know there are members who are getting 2 weeks+ per carto, which at the price is pretty good.

However, I would guess that the thicker the liquid the shorter the lifespan.

I have personally refilled one at least 8 times, but I have a few on the go with different flavours in each.

Not sure about cleaning one, never tried to be honest.

I'm sure Rivereast will be along later and he is the expert on all things dual coil

Jason, I shall let you know how long mine lasts. You are so right in saying about the price being great - certainly compared to standard atties. As I have said, my fave mix now comes out dark and thick - due to the combination I use. I think it kerknackers standard atties faster than the thinner juices - my choice I know - but the mix suits my taste.

I shall keep this one going throughout today (and beyond perhaps/hopefully) and let you know how well these perform using a 'thick-mix'. However, I repeat - am in vaping heaven whilst using my first one, so mega 'thank-you.'

regards lifespan.....ive had 2 on the go now 7 weeks and still going strong
i use only 50/50 mix 0r 100%VG
whan using 100%VG though i fill from drip tip end ,i start dripping 10 drops of liquid around
the DC then give it a few blow throughs i then repeat this till liquid drops out end,
give it 1 good blow through and you are back in business.
i have cleaned 1 and just ran it under the tap then blowing it through (tip from curtisdon)
after about 10 blow throughs.then keep blowing till you can no longer get any more water out,refill and carrt on.works for me

To be politically correct though, I must point out that the DC's are sold as disposable items, just like normal itomisers. It just so happens that they seem to be very well made.

On the whole, I have been impressed with the products from Smoktech, so far

Hanow, I feel the same about the DC's - they are fantastic. I've been using the one, that River kindly sent me to try, exclusively since Wednesday afternoon. I'm a very heavy vaper so it's been getting a heck of a lot of use. It's still vaping as excellently as day 1 At the price they are, it wouldn't bother me a jot if it died today but I'd be surprised if it did so.
