Despite having 4 different kinds of ecigs I still use the same ol' Riva. But I really do want one of those, but it'll just sit on the desk. Grrr I dunno argggghhhhhhhhh.
How long do you reckon the battery will last? Half a day? Less?

I think these SD keyrings would be a perfect gift for someone to try, who is on the normal fags, what do you think? They are small and automatic, come in hopefully authenticish tobacco flavours, perfect for a newbie to try out.
Am I on the right lines?

Order received Dave, many thanks. Sam - I haven't had time to put one of these through their paces yet because they only came today, but I would say 3-4 hours of moderate vaping would be about right. I see them as a handy device for out and about (shopping trip, down the pub etc) and not a full time vaping device. Womble - Again I can't tell you how realistic the flavours are in the carto's that come with it but, they can off course be refilled with your own e-liquid once vaped and the battery does take 510 cartomisers as standard, so you can use your preferred carto (Boge, Kanger etc). Although I would say that the best results would be from standard resistance (to get the longest battery life). Sorry I can't be more help at the moment, but there should be plenty of reviews appearing soon.

From the initial reviews on UKV, it does seem to be around 4 hours normal vaping and they provide good results with both standard and bottom coil carto's

Womble, IMHO you are on the right lines Although I wouldn't normally recommend an e-cig to a newbie that only has one battery, the SD key ring would make an ideal Christmas gift

See now I see it as completely the wrong thing to give a newbie. I'd be annoyed that it didn't last long enough and that I had to keep refilling it etc etc.

BLAHHHHH! only tobacco flavours! I'll have to wait for the menthol ones, and I was hoping to get in in time to get a draw ticket!

I'd be annoyed that it didn't last long enough and that I had to keep refilling it etc etc. i think it will be a perfect gift for a smoker as they are so cheap... for less than a couple of packs of ciggys ...it'll give someone the experience, plus they will probably alternate between vaping and smoking for the first week or so and then they can buy themselves another keyring and some juice and they are set. i do love the idea of it being so small you could just leave one in your coat pocket for when you pop out and never be caught with the 'dang i forgot to grab my ecig' feeling still torn between these and the era as i really want an auto that i can dangle from my mouth while driving ...so anyone that gets one of these can you do the dangle test and PM me please

That's more or less what I thought. I didn't mean it as a complete kit to start someone off on ecigs, more to try it and see if they like it. It's got to be better than the supermarket look alikes right? I know a couple of people in my family who won't even try my ecig, but continue to puff away on analogues, I'm hoping this will just get them to try one. They say they've tried the throw away ones and found them rubbish.

True I guess. I guess it's small enough to hang off your necklace/chain for that emergency. Keyring is all good and well but I tend to forget my keys a lot lol.
