I'm still MTL - for me, the draw, exhale & even a tobacco type flavour are what have kept me from going back to cigarettes.

Well done to your son, Raffles  A couple of years ago, a lovely neighbour helped me, to help a mum duck & her babies across the main road through the village. We both stepped out into the very busy road, holding up our hands. The best thing was that not one driver was impatient or annoyed - far from it Instead we got lots of smiles/thumbs up & several taking pics of the mum & babies slowly waddling across the road. Things like this, restore my belief in the human race |
