Just been sent a link from my youngest son (nearly 40!) who’s just come back from his yearly trip to the IOM TT practice week. Him and his mates came across this brood of ducklings, posted it on their FB page and it was picked up by the BBC. He is the one with the mainly white helmet at the front of shot. Well done to your son, Raffles  A couple of years ago, a lovely neighbour helped me, to help a mum duck & her babies across the main road through the village. We both stepped out into the very busy road, holding up our hands. The best thing was that not one driver was impatient or annoyed - far from it  Instead we got lots of smiles/thumbs up & several taking pics of the mum & babies slowly waddling across the road. Things like this, restore my belief in the human race |
