I along with my colleagues are at breaking point with all this carry on. Just finished our 3rd 15 hour shift this week, we only started on Monday night, still tonight and tomorrow night to go. Police escort into shopping centres, surrounded by security staff to complete deliveries, general public trying to climb in the trailer at traffic lights, junctions, roadworks, absolute madness. At this time I'd like to kick joe public in the nuts for causing this unnecessary mayhem. On the way home, we stopped at two service stations where we were not allowed to buy a coffee, use the toilet facilities or even have boiling water to make coffee, FFS what has the world come to ? OMG striker42 at "general public trying to climb in the trailer at traffic lights, junctions, roadworks" This sort of behaviour 8is, in many ways, more frightening than the virus

It truly is a worrying time Stay safe everyone I've recently been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The drug the Rheumatologist has put me on, to help control it is Methotrexate. However, as it suppresses my immune system, it means I am more vunerable to catching any infections I feel for you Chrissie ...it's a nasty drug. I don't know if you are taking it orally, but more tolerable if you are allowed to self-inject daily. I'm sure you've been told never to get it near your eyes! I hope it helps somewhat with your pain Gill, for now I'm on a high dose of tablets. It's not helping with the pain, yet, just loads of side effects. Rheumy nurse has agreed that I need to up the Folic acid to try to help reduce the side effects.
