I'm having problems too. 4 x missing items from an order. Paypal are involved, but Ive been asked to send back the items I DID receive, in order for a partial refund to be given for the missing items. That doesnt make sense. I'm happy with, and have used the items I did get. They are nothing to do with the paypal dispute. If i did return what i had left, Id be even more out of pocket with return fees and there's no mention of sending these items back again.
I've sent the vendor a PM on here, and paypal want an answer from them in 3 days, but I'm worried about the mini break.
I'd simply like my missing items or a partial refund. I hope it gets sorted soon.

I'm also still waiting on an RMA from 2nd February! 5 crappy ce2's sent instead of 5 fluxomisers. I should have learnt the first time!

I wasn't notified that it would be sent in two packages. The whole order would only have been 630g, so not huge. My account shows that the order is "completed". It was definitley not opened. i even opened it in the collection office so a staff member could witness it. There would have been no room for the Vamo's regardless!

I ordered 3 vamos and a load of other bits. I collected the package and it was very light. The vamos and a charger were missing! The weight written on the box was half of the weight stated on the invoice. Paypal will hopefully help sort this out for me...

I've launched a PayPal claim because a problem with a previous order was repeatedly ignored. One Vamo is a birthday pressie. Arghh!!!!
