My first hurdle is here, right now. Enjoying the real ales i got in for tonight but now and then i do believe im getting a strange urge to stick a ciggy in my gob and smoke it till the tar has been freshly laid on my lungs. Im no hero so im vaping like there's no tomorrow

Who's gonna win, the ciggy or the Juice? only one way to find out...

Thought i would wait a few days before posting my experience so far.

The good news is that i had a whole day yesterday without the need for a ciggy . I did have 1 on Thursday and 1 on Friday but once i had them i wished i never had as they gave me no pleasure at all.

People i know say to me "that's great, have you packed in for good now?" and tbh i tell them i never started out to pack in, just to cut down. But i never dreamt after all those years of smoking i could go one whole day without 1, so easily.

One drawback is the amount of food im eating, never felt so hungry in my life. Food tastes so much better. Lets not forget the cough, erm, i mean what cough? its gone . Waking up and not coughing to the point where my back ached is such a bonus.

Now all i need are some different flavours, my arctic honey is the only one i really like out of the mix so i think im going to go for fruity next.

First of all i would like to thank Jason at Vapeescape for getting my order to me very fast and also swapping the atoms for carts .

Well, i got in at 5 and smoked a nasty while opening and checking out my Riva kit. Popped in some arctic honey, mmmmm, tastes good. So from 5-11 i never really had the urge to roll up . I mean, i just had a nasty now but that was part of my plan which is to go a good few hours vaping, then light up and see if i really did miss that nasty. I must admit, the ciggy didnt give me the hit i thought it would, if anything it gave me a cough.

My first 6 hours vaping without gagging for a nasty is encouraging and i aim to vape at breaks in work all day tomorrow. The grass is starting to look greener
