Well, after one of my riva batts packed in the other day i thought i would try something different when i came across a thread about the mini Argento.
It looked like what i needed with its cheap replaceable batts and has good reviews.

The charger supplied looked way dodgy so im on the lookout for a safer one.

A few questions if i may.

Should i be buying the so called safe batts, i wasnt aware these mods were capable of blowing up or have i read it wrong?

When i screw my cart in i get good connection and tightness but the cart could be turned another 2 full turns until it is flush with mini. Is it ok like that or should i screw it till it stops?

I just need to order more batts and a cheap decent charger now.

I have had asthma for around 15 years and up until i switched to vaping i coughed all day and night while smoking roll ups, morning was worst.

But now..... i clear my throat a little in morning, that part doesnt seem to want to go away, but my asthma has virtually disappeared.

I have a lung capacity measuring device that i blow into and whilst i was smoking i couldn't hit more than 450 on the scale at anytime of the day. However, after 2 months of vaping i hit 600 on the scale first thing in the morning and 650 after a couple of hours awake.

I use any mix of vg/pg, whatever is the best deal at the time

It is phlegm that needs to be cleared. Its not chest though, its throat.

How would i cut down on glycerine (without cutting down on vaping), if that's the main ingredients of juice?

I think im drinking plenty of water but like des says its prob just temporary tightening of the vocal chords. I do suffer from asthma and have to inhale powder twice a day so maybe that also contributes to the problem.

I might try a few different ratio's to see which one makes it worsen/better

But i wont be changing my name again Chrissie

Have the same issues now but i already put this down to a 'quitting cigs'.
