Just been put on quinine sulfate 200mg for muscle cramps anyone else on these I've used that for a while and it really helps with cramp. Need to remember to take it every day as the cramp restarts quickly. Your not supposed to but I have been known to take an extra 2 or 3 if I have a sudden attack. |

I've been on and off statins for a number of years.
The main issue was pain/ tightness in my calves (calfs?? lol) when I stop them this eases but then my cholesterol goes up so its a constant on/off.
My diabetic consultant gave me a 5mg tablet (I forget the name) that gave me chronic hives so spent months with painful red welts all over me. Obviously stopped that one too.
Back on the roundabout now as I had a stroke in December (I know I'm far to young lol) currently on Simvastatin 40mg. Leg pain is back as is itchiness :-((
Tempted to give them up and start eating some benecol yogurts!!!

To clarify I have been using 50/50 18mg in a bid to stop smoking. So I ordered some "craft" liquid online ( I'll be posting on the retailer bit soon lol). Since using it I've had to refill my thingy at least 3 times a day and my need of a cig had got way worse. I did query with the merchant but they gave me short shrift and wouldn't answer my questions 😩 There is a test kit available, but as far as I know, flavourings can affect the results...... So, probably the easiest way is to stick to recommended suppliers. I shall endeavour to do that in future.....there's definitely something not right with the merchant 😏We live and learn. |

It's not a random question lesley1Giving you short shrift is not very nice... I mean it's not like you are the first person to question the accuracy of nicotine strength. Liquids do sometimes come out wrong. People do make mistakes and so do more automated processes. Now and again I find I have unexpected cravings or general 'low nic' issues. I just then vape some stronger liquid at higher power to get over the bump. Thanks for that :-) I will avoid them in the future. If they had a review option on the site I would leave them something suitably short!! |

Tbh mixing is as complicated as you want to make it but can also be very simple to. I sucked at science at school! Burned my fringe on a bunsen burner once lol! I expect it would cost a small fortune to stock up on supplies :-( |

Don't know where you are located lesley1 but try find a Vape shop and try out samples. Most have free tasting stuff. (Take your own drip tip). The hardest part of vaping, for me, was finding flavours I liked but I'm a dessert lover for sure. I'm North of the border :-) Nothing as helpful as that I'm afraid. I did ask in one shop and was laughed out the door! Another said they only allow you to try the cheap stuff! Not that I'm averse to a bargain lol |

It all looks rather complicated :-( It may look daunting and I'm sorry if I made you feel a little uncomfortable. I did not know where you are at with the DIY game. It really isn't hard at all though if you ever fancy having a bash. There's plenty of YouTube videos and all of us mixers on here to help if you wanted.
