Yes, yes... Still... a) The products are very fairly priced - just check almost every European and North American shop with the very same items - and as I've said I can't price them any lower. As I said also, I would if I could. If you can buy them cheaper in some UK shops, great for you - really. I'm not pushing anything on anyone; b) I do stand by every item I sell. Because I know my supplier well, I'm sure you do too and I'm certain you'd agree that you can stand by them; c) The wishing-well is very relative. I didn't start the insults. Take a closer look at the kind of posts I got without bias. I also think you should read through the TOS again and understand what is written there without any kind of bias if you think you can. And I sincerely wish this could end here. This is tiring and leads nowhere. If you thought my PM was insulting in any way, I'm sorry but you did ask for it because I'm a person (actually peaceful albeit reactive) and not some selling machine. So... peace. Do you think you can?

You are not worthwhile replying to, at least no more than this, sorry to say. Just one thing, dear non-vindictive person, if you happen to cross every decency border and PM my PM to anyone, take care not to alter it in any way. I have a copy myself. I say this because I'm certain you can't be trustworthy, sorry again.

I dont think i can avoid his thread on UKV any longer.. Just one more thing: this clearly shows the kind of person brianfletch is. I had a very peaceful, friendly thread at UK Vapers and he took his time to go there and bring the link/subject from a different forum, claiming he was "threatened".

Can I have a ruling from a mod, please, as well? PMs are PMs and are nowhere allowed to be publicly shown in any forums I'm aware of. Plus the "insulting" term used by this person is subjective. He, as well as a few other members, have chosen me as a target to publicly sabotage my chances of ever doing any worthwhile selling at AAEC. I have explained as much as I can explain over and over and over and some people, namely and probably mostly brianfletch, still aren't satisfied. I haven't PMd anyone else because nobody else deserved it the same way he did - I don't spend my time PMing people with "insults" (note the brackets) unless there is a fairly good reason. No, I really don't spend my time sending "insulting" PMs to people. I don't think brianfletch is using of good faith and all I want is to be left alone. If you think I haven't been outrageously sabotaged by people, namely and mostly brianfletch, who haven't got a clue as to how much work and thought have been put behind Amazing Vape and how much patience I have to have to put up calmly with the kind of posts I got, please contact me and ban me. If you agree that something very wrong went on here, that I've never seen happening anywhere else, I'd even ask you to give a warning to brianfletch but no, all I ask is to let this incredible thing stop - because I'm sure he can' go on and on and on. This is seriously disgusting, I'm sorry to say. Never before seen. Now, please, allow me to quote myself, since I'm not such an idiot as to think everybody here is brianfletch: I'd like to add, in all fairness, that even though this thread has been corrupted, the forum has many more members than the ones that showed here in a continuous manner. Everyone's still very welcome if they think some of our products suit them and will certainly be well treated - as friends.

Goodbye. I tried my best. I'm doing my best. And you have no idea how much work and negotiating is behind it all. It seems *you* haven't been willing to listen. This is totally regrettable.

I'm not your slave and you're totally free to buy or not to buy, I'm not pushing anything on you. By the way, I made a few changes to the replacements part just so that it may become clearer. Finally, I know this is not what a vendor would say, but you won't be buying anything anyway, so: don't you have more constructive things to do?

I'm not giving any more explanations as long as someone comes along and distorts everything I say. And no, shopping may be that for you. To me it's about a series of things, otherwise I'd only buy garbage because it was cheap. Despite the laughing smilies, this isn't funny anywhere in the world, not even in the UK. I don't owe you anything. What makes you think I do? Quite frankly, I've never seem this kind of thing anywhere and I've seen lots of stuff. So...

Womble, please let's stop it. a) I'm not going to explain this again - "As for you saying that you will refund if something is broken only, but it's impossible for it to be broken" - because I already have. It's in the thread. And in the TOS for anybody who can understand. Suppliers don't have to be people with bad intentions (it's not even in their best interest) and just the same everybody knows there are loads of "dangerous customers" around the world. Would you agree and do you realize that a supplier/vendor must protect himself? Or would you prefer it if I didn't make anything clear and then simply pretended nothing was happening if something actrually happened? It would be much easier for me to sell something like that, you know... b) "And from any other forum in the UK, if they don't read the terms and something goes wrong, then you will be lambasted" - I hope you noticed how unlike every other supplier I clearly told everyone to read the TOS - and I probably happen to have the most readable TOS I have seen so far; of course, I haven't taken a look at every TOS there are but I'm guessing and I'm probably right. I even have that "Important - read before you buy!" thing for all to see and I'm certain you've never seen anything like that anywhere else. c) "Oh and generally we prefer vendors to take on board any criticisms and try to at least address them with an open mind" - how much more open should I be when I'm doing the best prices and giving the best explanations I possibly can? And how nicer should I be when I'm clearly bombarded as I've never seen anywhere else by people to whom I never caused any kind of loss whatsoever? Thanks for wishing me luck. I understand your concerns but, let me say this just from a personal perspective, throughout the thread I've been shown a couple of well chosen examples (in spite of the copycat example, which leaves us with one example) of better deals; still, as a vaper myself, I'm aware of the general conditions and prices (also of how, for instance, freeshipping works and I was sad to see Misteliquid disappear probably because of that, even if vendors have to get their posting money some place) , both of products and of the shipping, including in the UK. I've often paid very different prices from the ones shown here, namely from the UK, with rather excessive shipping costs at times as well. Furthermore, it takes a week for a product to get from the UK to Portugal for some reason I'm not really familiar with. When I buy something, I never buy it because it's cheap, I buy it because I want it. I also buy from China - specific things. Healthcabin is nice, I agree. I buy a few things there myself - because they have some things that I want and because I plan ahead. But if you buy frtom HC I assure you you will have to wait double of what you may expect from me - the reason is their orders seem to travel around China before getting to the airport and maybe, just maybe they aren't that well related in the airport when compared to my supplier. PLus, maybe I shouldn't mention this, but it makes sense and I'll say it as a vaper and a customer: do you remember when recently they decided to tell the world their shipping costs had risen due to the sudden rise in the prices of the Chinese Registered Airmail and then had to simply get back on that as if nothing had happened in between? You do not have to buy from me. The part about getting things the next day I can understand. Put yourself in my shoes if you can: how much more open should I be? Peace.

Hmm, it is, it is... And even if I don't sell that much at AEEC, I don't mind sticking around because the forum has a nice and caring admin who agreed to my idea of pointing clearly to the TOS - which I did - and I'm sure a lot of nice forumers too. Some things that happened in this thread will eventually mean nothing. All is fine.

Hi. I have a list of fixed prices I can send you. There are very unreasonable recommended prices and also minimum prices. For the UK as well, but maybe Joyetech's half asleep sometimes or something. Just send me an email and I'll send you the list that now only applies to the eGo-C. As for why I can't have a stock - which would obviously make things easier - I told Chrissie why when I first contacted her. She understood. As well as admins in other forums. I know having my own stock is different, of course.

Ok then. Your joytech ego c 1000 mah kit is 69 euros plus 10 euros delivery. equal to £64 vapeescape is £59.99 delivered and thats next day if ordered before 3pm. I`m sorry if you think this is a rant at your company, but i noticed you have a thread on UKV and i am not commenting on there. Your claims of cheaper products does`nt stand up and i am merely pointing out this to others so they dont get misled. You are welcome to prove me wrong, as is your right, but I am also in my rights to answer your rebuttal. Good day. It all comes to 63 pounds, hardly a huge difference. Frankly, I don't know how they do it but I'm not going to tell Joyetech, alright. You get it the other day? Fine. That I can understand. Please, read my previous answer. I would have lower prices if I could. I just can't. Please, do consider this silly argument/bashing/sabotaging/whatever you wish to call it over. It's becoming a bit tiring really and I'm sure even other members of the AAEC may regard it as such. EDIT: Of course I have an answer. I just answered. I'm simply not automatic. In the meantime I'm not sure I'm working while having these debates for all the easily understandable aforementioned reasons...

No, it's not impossible. Just difficult. The delivery prices aren't that bad when you come to think of it (I think you mean the shipping costs) - in fact, I wanted to add shipping costs according to weight but Paypal didn't let me (at least in Europe, I know it's possible in the States). Still, the shipping costs value/no-value depend on what you buy. I'm really not making money out of it despite what calculations you may have made. Of course they are shipped from China: don't you ever buy from China or the US? The prices? Now, come on, frankly, I shouldn't have to explain this much but genuine/not copycats Joyetech products (now just the eGo-C) have a minimum retail price with VAT and I'm not even charging the VAT at the moment, which took a bit of negotiating with the Chinese. Finally, I'm not allowed to sell at lower prices than those the suppliers have and you probably think you buy cheap in China while the prices are basically similar. So, what on earth are you actually saying? ???

Ok. Much better tone, thank you. You may check out the GS VV Mod once it's for sale. It looks a bit like the Lavatube (actually my mod and no complaints) but it's a bit different in some aspects and I hope to be selling the entire kit at around 43 €, which isn't that bad.
