Hi,
I've been looking for a nice 50/50 eliquid. In my village back home they've opened a big VIP shop (i thought VIP had gone into liquidation) anyways - chatting to the shop assistant and he showed me Cirro range.
I got a ready to rumble, fairground fizz and current affairs.
I also got some KIK eliquid (£8 for 3x10ml bottles - so cheap!)
Not seen or heard of these brands before - so just wondered if anyone had tried them, if they are a decent brand etc?
Tried the ready to rhumble and it seems pretty nice!
Xx

Hey,
Yeah straight from the get go it says who were consulted: (2) In its reports of 2005 and 2007 on the application of Directive 2001/37/EC the Commission identified areas in which further action was considered useful for the smooth functioning of the internal market. In 2008 and 2010 the Scientific Committee on Emerging and Newly Identified Health Risks (SCENIHR) provided scientific advice to the Commission on smokeless tobacco products and tobacco additives. In 2010 a broad stakeholder consultation took place, which was followed by targeted stakeholder consultations and accompanied by studies by external consultants. Member States were consulted throughout the process. The European Parliament and the Council repeatedly called on the Commission to review and update Directive 2001/37/EC.
Ok there's too much for me to go through right now, but I will try and uncover who was consulted - if anyone is interested?
Also who is the regulator in the UK for these products?

They should have released a consultation paper. I can check it out. I, very boringly, work in EU regulations/law - but in finance.
I can have a look, same shit, different topic. No promises. Could be interesting though, especially who responded to a consultation paper if they did release one.

That's exactly how I vape mine! 0.7 coil around 17watts. I have pure evil black ice in it at the moment. It's like an ice blackcurrant, it's lush! :-)

Please may I check with you guys if my understanding is correct?
VG is thicker and makes more clouds PG is runny and gives more flavour
Any coils below 1 ohm and you should use higher VG
Coils above 1 ohm and you should use less VG
E.g 0.5 ohm coil - 70% VG or higher
1.5 ohm 50/50 vg/Pg 1.2 ohm you might get away with 60/40
Using the wrong vg/Pg ratio breaks coils and/or reduces life span
Is that roughly correct? Because I've been reading conflicting advice.
Thanks for your help xx

Ok I officially have the worlds most girliest vape - a rose gold mod (cool fire) with a purple tank (kangertech) but it totally worked! Ace idea and it's giving me way more clouds! Why is that? I haven't changed the wattage setting. Do mods really differ in the quality of the vape too? I didn't realise that. I thought you just got mods based on how high you wanted to go wattage wise.

Looking at some of your kit and the comments 4) Innokin Cool Fire IV TC100 - the mod itself - 9/10 - super easy to use, really self explanatory, cute colour, nice feel 9) (bought 2015) Kangertech Subox Nano - 8/10 - great feel, just right in my hand - like that you can get a 0.5 and 1.5 coil. Prefer this as a complete set to the Cool Fire IV TC100 kit but as two seperate mods, I prefer the cool fire Kanger are like ford cars, mass produced and do what they are designed to do If you prefer the cool fire in your hand and like the kanger tank, have you tried using the two together No - That's genius! why didn't I think of that! *rushes off to do some tank swapping* will revert on outcome asap!

The protank was kangers crowning glory, it all went down hill for them from there. Must admit though I did love my protank at the time making teeny little coils for it. A whole cotton ball would make a thousand wicks for it, these days I shove a whole cotton ball in my RDAs in 1 go lol. haha. a few weeks ago I text my friend and said, 'you've been vaping for years, what do you have' and he said a protank 2 and he loved it - he doesn't know anything about sub-ohming etc - it's purely functional for him. That's why I thought it was a brand. Just having a google, it looks like my kangertech evod mega but that leaks all over the place (I did get it a couple of years ago though, but I didn't get on with it then) and I find it has this weird medical type of taste, i think from the stainless steel tip - but that could well just be me. I tried to revive it last month with some new coils and a good clean but I don't know what I'm doing wrong with it, it's just not right. Shame because it's good flavour.

It sounds like you have gone along the same lines as me when I started vaping Take a months cigarette money and spend it on good quality vaping equipment When I started to vape, mods were only hitting 8w to 12w The amount of choice on the market now, is bewildering, even to experienced vapers yeah, i got my very first ecig in, I think 2012. I was working up in Manchester and this ecig shop opened that everyone was raving about. I bought this tiny little battery and a plain clearomiser. I thought it was the absolute dogs bum bum, and I did quit smoking for a while.....until I went out for the day, took my ecig with me, and broke it..... At this time there were no petrol stations or supermarkets selling them. So I bought a packet of cigarettes. I still have the battery from my first ecig, it's so ikkle! I wouldn't know what the wattage was, but can't imagine it being more than 8w as you say I look at, as my years of 'flirting with vaping' but now I'm ready for the relationship and commitment! lol

That's a hellova selection for 7 weeks in Must admit I've not used any of those mods or tanks (I'm strictly mouth-to-lung and love protank/aerotanks, no sub-ohm shennanagins for me ) Switching them around is a really good idea to find what works best for you, and keep swapping tanks on/off different devices - you'll find some tank/mod combos work better than others, e.g. I've got a GS Air-M tank (1.2 ohm coils) but find it works mtl on an istick mini of all things..... keep playing and use what works for YOU I have one friend who has had his protank for 2 years! He only ever vapes tobacco on it, but he takes really good care of it and he swears by it. Are protank/aerotanks a type of tank? That's something I never realised, i thought protank was a brand....

Hi K a warm welcome from me lovely to see a fan of Nirvana and Pulp Fiction snooker tho? ..hmmm we'll skip over that one haha - that's how I feel about tennis! Basically sports that demand alcohol in order to play are my kind of sports. Although I do enjoy drinking when I get dragged along to Wimbledon or forced to watch it on tele but that's only to dull the ache in my neck from looking left, right, left, right....lol

Yeah, sorry I did go a bit OTT with it. I was watching all these youtube videos and vaping reviews and I didn't know what to get, everything looked great. I didn't get on so well with the Innokin T18 but it did keep me off the cigs. I worked it out, I was smoking a pack of berkeley menthols a day at £8.00 which is £240 a month, so I thought, after the first 4 weeks not smoking and not loving the T18 and still getting cig cravings - right I'm going to invest that cash in some great vaping gear. It seemed like a good way to keep me motivated and off the cigs, and with TPD coming in and some rock bottom sales, I felt a sort of 'this is my only chance to get some decent sized tanks' panic - but didn't have the understanding of what to get, so I tried to get a range of stuff that wouldn't cost the earth. In total this last 7 weeks, I've spent around £150 on it all including coils because some of the kits with the none compliant tanks were going so cheap. The kangertech I got years ago. I thought it was broken until I realised it was my own user error and I got it working again - so it was a mistake bonus. I only realised that after watching a video on how to set up the cool fire. Duh.. Question (sorry for being thick in advance) - Are the drippers the coils with no tanks - the RDA's? I haven't heard of Siegeli and the aerotanks - will take a look! Not to buy - just to look The aspire PockeX is great, it's like a mini sub-ohm because the coil is a 0.6 ohm

Little mech squonker. Good pic! I see what you mean! That looks way beyond my technical ability - but maybe something to work towards! :-) My sister in law is an engineer, maybe could get her to build me one

RDA = Rebuildable Dripping Atomiser There is no tank involved, you install some coils, put some wick through them and typically one would just drip some liquid into the atomiser from the top and every few puffs you would drip a little more liquid in to prevent the wick from getting dry. The flavour and density of the vapour from this type of atomiser is generally superior to tanks but the obvious drawback is you have to keep topping up the atomiser with liquid all the time and carry a bottle of liquid around. Some clever sod came up with the idea of putting a hole in the bottom of the atomiser and connecting it via a tube with a bottle of liquid inside the mod itself so instead of dripping all the time you just squeeze the bottle inside the mod through a hole in the side of the mod and it will squirt some liquid into the atomiser and soak the wick. Ahhhhh I see! I was UK Ecig store at the weekend and the guy was showing us some stuff called Vaping Outlaw but I laughed at the time and said - I think this is all a bit beyond me, but he was saying I should deffo look into RDA's because they are awesome!
