Perpetua I think after spending quite a few years mainly buying liquids from shops it is quite strange ordering online and noticing the postage charges. I can understand that jwar . . . . just about all my vape related shopping has been online over the years, locally I've only a teeny weeny kiosk size shop - although that always seems busy when I go past it now. To me, I look at their prices and immediately think - I could source that more reasonably over the net, even with postage! So I guess it's kinda what you get used to, plus the forum of course has always played a massive part in my shopping inspiration. A few days before the TPD changes came into force, a shop which was a small train journey away from me called Ministry of Vape, had a brilliant sale on with 100ml liquids at £20 or under. I had a look online and there were a few deals roughly the same, but there was a better range in the shop. It was because of the TPD changes that encouraged me to think about making liquids myself. Strangely enough a couple of hours ago, I phoned my local branch of V Vapour (official V-Juice reseller) to enquire about concentrates & they explained to me that they stopped supplying them when the TPD came into force and that I should try Smok Shop or the Alchemist Cupboard, or even the manufacturer of the concentrate that I was after. So I contacted V-Juice in Birmingham & they said that they will be looking to sell the concentrates that I am after within the next couple of weeks, or if I wanted some before hand, then I should order from Vapour Depot or Evolution Vaping as those are now the only online suppliers of the concentrate. But yes this forum has been brilliant for inspiration to the extent that I have decided that the next thing on the to buy list, will be the scales like the NV500 or the MYCO, but am generally leaning towards the NV500. Also I have noticed that the calculator on the Make My Vape site, automatically shows you the grammes, for whatever amounts you put into. So will be ordering the scales & a beaker within the next few days. I am just counting myself lucky to have joined up to a brilliant forum. Save

Drip Hacks have the crystals which I thought could be a more reasonable option . . . . . although having checked their postage prices, perhaps not - as for something that will go Large Letter, it's a bit rude to charge £3.60. driphacks.com/product/koolada-ws-23-crystals/I am still learning so am much appreciative of the advice given on here, as have no idea of the packing used for crystals. Thank you ever so much for that, I had already ordered from another supplier but have bookmarked the page on chefs as they seem like a great company to deal with. Save

jwar from memory I think it was 20% so unless you use VG based nic (or no nic) you'll never replicate 80/20 Thanks for the information there Q, yes the Nicotine I use is 100% VG Save

I haven't come across them before, personally I would only use the Vampire Vapes original, but hey, nothing ventured nothing gained Strangely enough I used to buy Vampire Vapes Heisenberg from one of my local liquid shops, but one day they had none and so I went to another shop and got introduced to the V-Juice Heisenberg, which was a lot like the Vampire one, but it had a cool blast type finish, which I got hooked on. Another thing I noticed was that the Vampre Heisenberg was a 70/30 vape, but the V-Juice was 80/20. I have only recently found out that concentrates from both brands are available & so no doubt will order them soon. With the Heisenberg that I have got, I only ordered 20ml worth, in case it wasn't that nice. With the Vampire concentrate, which % do you mix at ? Save

Well about 5 minutes ago I lost my mixing virginity and mixed my first 10ml bottle of Heisenberg, 6mg nicotine at 80/20, Concerntrate was at 1.5ml. Now to let it steep, cannot wait to try it. Who's Heisenberg concentrate did you use? Pope & Brewer's Gourmet Flavours Save

When buying a single e-liquid or a single concentrate the postage cost will always seem high. Most on here will buy a selection to offset the postage costs and some suppliers have free postage when the order is over a certain amount. Thanks for the tip Save

Did you look on chefs flavours, you might also look at some of their new stuff for summer it ha been getting good feed back (Divine range) Yes I had a look at Chefs flavours but they no longer stock the WS-23 (30%). The only item I saw was TFA Koolada 10%, however I will take a look at the Divine range. Save

Hi all,
I was advised to purchase some WS-23 (30%), but the only places that I can seem to find that sell it, charge more for postage than the actual cost of the item. I was wondering if this is normal for this product, or is there a supplier that I have missed ?. It is for a Heisenberg that I have made up which is lovely but doesn't have the cool fresh blast like I would get from V-Juice Heisenberg. I don't mean to be a tight bugger, but just like to make sure that I haven't missed another supplier.
Many thanks

I have had a try and while the smell & taste is lovely, it is missing that cool fresh blast afterwards, which I normally get from the V-Juice version of Heisenberg. Do you or anyone know of a good concentrate to mix in for this ?. Also now I am going to try making a a 10ml Cherry Menthol from Cherry Blast concentrate. Would this also be a shake n vape, or steep ? Save

Thanks Postmodern Smoking , and yes that does make a lot more sense to start off small and then build up. I have looked at the calculations for 30ml & 10ml & have also seen within the goodies are a couple of pipettes, these maybe easier to use than the syringes for certain measurements. But it does look like that a set of scales will be the most accurate. SaveIt is one of those things what works for one may not work for another. Really looking forward to getting the Nicotine now, so that I can attempt my first 10ml bottle. The company that I bought the Heisenberg concentrate from, (make my vape), has advised me to let it steep for 2-3 days. So I won't get to be an eager beaver and do a shake and vape. I have just noticed that with that particular brand of Heisenberg, I only need to use 10-15% of it for a full bodied flavour, so will have to use 1/1.5ml of PG to compensate. SaveSave
