Try sticking a small screwdriver in the air slot to get some leverage and twist the chimney part. Will dig out the screwdrivers as tried getting leverage using a knife (not the best idea I've ever had I must admit!) stopped just short of a trip to A&E  |

marigold rubber gloves are you best friend in these situations For some reason, I hadn't actually thought of that!  Will need to have a rummage for a pair as I think I only have the food prep type ones that I use for the dogs**t |

Having real issues realeasing the cover to coil the deck seems to be on too tight it just won't unscrew (brand new out of box) any suggestions. I have tried some fairy liquid in the tiny gap between bottom and top to try and lubricate it (works well on nuts and bolts)  any help much appreciated cheers  |
