Hello everyone,
We didn't expected the shipment to be that difficult, and we have never had those problems before. However, the parcel delivery process within the UK is comparable to that in Germany; if you are not at home, you will be informed (ideally) to collect it from the local post office. Nevertheless, problems can occur here and there, for example the courier is in a hurry or whatever. We just commission DHL with the delivery of the parcels to you by a responsible parcel service in the UK, preferably without any trouble.
But, our intention is to send you well-packaged and undamaged goods. And the advantage of a parcel (EU Paket) is this that it includes a transport insurance and a shipment tracking unlike small parcels or these air bubble jiffy bags sent with normal post. This may be the standard of other vendors, but this is not ours.
Pleased to hear, that Jamima and others now finally received their samples. Looking forward also to your reviews.

Because it's a cardboard packaging, deliberately, so that the liquids are properly and safely packed and remain undamaged.

My package was posted on the 15th, the details via DHL shows it until the 16th in Germany, then nothing. Could it still be on the way? Hi womble, we have just submitted a request for investigation to DHL. If your parcel can be found, Royal Mail or Parcel Force (or whoever  ) will try to deliver it to you once more. We'll see. Well, better late than never. |

Hi,
We have now new information from parcel force (nothing really new, but at least something). They say that normally once a parcel is delivered to the local Post Office it is not possible to request this item to be collected from the Post Office and redelivered. The parcels do require collecting by the recipients and will be returned after 16 days if unclaimed.
So, if your parcel is still held, you will get it in your local Post Office branch, if you haven't already done so in the meantime, otherwise don't wait too long. Until now, none of the missing parcels has been sent back to us, and DHL has also no other status information. DHL says "ask Parcel Force" and Parcel Force says "ask DHL"; top service, I say! The only thing that we can do next is to submit a request for investigation at DHL.
@jamima: Your parcel has alredy been delivered as you can see when you check your tracking number (on the parcel force website e.g.). You should go to your post office branch and ask them for the exact address of the recipient (if they know it).

Hi,
I am very sorry to hear that several parcels still don't received. That is really annoying.
As far as I can see some parcels (that for Al and debs40) cannot be redelivered anymore, cause as it is written on the parcel force website: "Please note: you cannot arrange redelivery if your parcel is already at a local Post Office".
Nevertheless, we have asked parcel force to check where your parcels are and how you will get them. Hope they will reply soon. Otherwise it would be helpful to call your local post/depot office.
I'll reply as soon as I can tell you more.

Hi Guys, its nice to see that our liquids make a good impression. Txs for the great reviews. Speaking of liquids, we only have 7 samples left. Batdragon (AKA Batty): 1. No, as we are a liquid not a flavours manufacturer. 2. Oh yes, we already thought about selling our liquids with the pure, tobacco free flavours and, apparently, they are in a greater demand than we have expected... 3. 30ml or 100 ml bottles? No, we decided to sell only the two volumes 10 and 20 ml. Hm, but maybe in the distant future, maybe, we'll offer 1000ml bottles. But this is not definite yet.  4. If the forum does a large purchase, of course, we will consider a proper discount. We'll see, it depends on the purchase. But, apart from that, we will make more attractive offers for you here in the forum from time to time. That is for sure. |

As our Premium Vanilla only goes to 15mg nicotin, our "bagger" decided without my knowledge that all orders over 15mg get American Blend as basic Liquid for Vanilla. So if I understand correctly, I ordered 18mg so the vanilla I got as a sample would have been in an American Blend base? In your PM you ordered 20mg and yes it was american blend. |

Good morning guys, as Bluefish already wrote: If you click on the box on the right it brings up a drop down box for all the flavours, so the vanilla could be vanilla pipe or vanilla cigar etc so don't know which one was in the sample? Shame on me, stupidly i forgot to tell you that Premium Vanilla, Pipe and Cigar is only available in 15mg max. :-[ All our different flavours have 4 basic tobacco flavours to choose. For the sweet and fruity flavours i prefer Virginia cause of its nice mellow and not too strong tobacco flavour, but for liquorice i prefer American Blend cause the nice tobbacco flavour matches great with it. But in the end its a matter of your own taste. violetblade: it would be pretty unfair on all others to send you 5 vanillas but if, however, you still want us to send you the free samples please pm us your address. |
