I am taking my time with the mods as I want them to work perfectly, there is also I am finding it difficult to get the parts so am having to change my designs to fit the parts in I can get. At the moment I have 5 different mods on the go all waiting parts from China which is anoying me. I do also have a few Tank designs that are coming together nicely I am just being lazy with them lol.
I started this thread because of the worry about if I do sell them, What am I letting myself in for leagally.

So what I am thinking is that if I do want to sell a mod, what I should do is put it in a box. The sale would be for the box, the contents of which would be the mod which would be free. As I am only selling a box, then it would be fit for use, if a problem occurred with the mod, then that would not of been sold. Would that be a get out clause?

Would I be covered if I state in the description about the possible hazards of using a battery etc, and that it is on the owners to accept that risk?
How do other modders who sell their creations do it?

yeah thats it... i think the badge logo was because he liked tortoises and had them as pets Apparently at the unveiling of it whith all the press there the car did not have a logo, the press were about to head off to have a test drive of it, but a tortoise strolled infront of the car, so in jest Mr Gordon and Mr Keeble, decided to have the Tortoise as their embelum. The funny bit is that they picked up the tortoise and put it on the bonnet of the car, where it duly peed over the car damaging the paint work lol |
