I have had a good look through the forum but can't see anything about "cutting" juice. Before I have a go at DIY'ing my own, I have just watched a youtube vid where a chap always buys the highest nic juice he can, then cuts it down with either pg/vg to reach the desired nic content then tops up the flavour, he claims that this doubles the amount of juice for only pennies more.
I appreciate that this only makes sense when you have found your all day'er, so my question is this, is it as simple as, for example-
I want 10mg nic juice, so buy 20mg in 100ml, do I then mix that 100ml with 100ml of pg or vg to get to 10mg nic? Obviously the flavour will be halved but I'm sure with trial and error and not much money it's possible to get that back by adding concentrated flavour.
Surely it's not that simple, it makes sense to me but am I missing something? If the above is correct, why aren't more people doing it, vendors don't charge more for more nic and pg/vg is relatively cheap compared to juice.

There is no ceramic in cartomisers, an essential component of atomisers.. Boges are normally vertical coil so wouldn't make much sense attempting it.. You could have a go with a kanger which is horizontal bottom coil, but a carto tube is a touch too long and the metal tube will get bloody hot without the ceramic and surrounding juice laden wadding to cool it down.. Thanks mate......I am after the best way to try new juices as I am currently using stardusts. A bit of a pain if I fill one up, dont like the juice, even worse if I can't get the flavour out. Sounds good. 16mg would mean I'd need to dilute 2x so I'd wind up with a lot of nic base. I have spearmint concentrate so I know I can at least use it and see what cola is like once I've gotten it down to 6mg. I've got a lot of concentrate so I'm sure I could use it for something or overpower it with something else. Want to do an address trade via PM to do this? I can send it first thing tomorrow. Work for an hour until 9 then I'm free all day until work again at 2. PM on its way |

Not totally out mate but will be soon. I will buy a bulk load from hc so I don't get in this situation again. I would buy it from you if you don't want it but if you will vape it, that's fine to. I have just had a little parcel from DiscoDes turn up so have banana cake to try but can't see it being a all dayer  It's been sitting here for I think 4 months. If I haven't vaped it by now I likely never will. I'd be fine to send it for nothing or a trade for a 10ml of something or whatever. If you want it, just let me know. If you're in a total pinch I have 15ml of it left and I will send it to you if you're totally out. I don't overly care for it and kept adding a lot of caramel to it in 10ml containers. Left with maybe 15 - 20ml of the original bottle. Not totally out mate but will be soon. I will buy a bulk load from hc so I don't get in this situation again. Have you tried the Hangsen RY4? There isnt a whole load of difference and its only about £8, you can get that from Vape escape, Safercigs and vapourzone to get you by. Vape escape does 30ml of Dekang RY4 for £7.99 but its 24mg I think, you could buy some pure pg or vg and dilute it down if you needed. Thanks Sandra, if I dilute it, I presume it will dilute the flavour as well as the nic or will it be that subtle that I wouldn't really notice? |

Did you get sorted MMFrosty? Not yet Sandra, not sure what to do really. I think I will stick a order in with HC, is it usually 10 days? I have got about 3 days left of my RY4, then loads of dekang vanilla, hopefully that will see me through until Chris gets more stock. |

Oh, yeah. If you choose BN1 and 24mg there's a few in stock. Also, pg and 12 mg are in stock too. After that it's only 32mg ones left and without something to mix it into that's a bit hairy  According to britvapes site it's 16mg but no indication that I can see as to the pg/vg ratio. What does BN1 best mix mean? Would going up to 24mg give me the spins, christ, I'm such a noob  |
