Just thought I would start this thread to see if there any like minded petrolheads. I grew up around fast cars, passed my test 1 week after my 17th birthday and my dad give me a Toyota corolla Gti. Next car was a Renault 5 GT turbo, then wifey got a Golf GT 1.4TSi which give me the funds to buy a proper toy, a Scooby WRX Sti. Loved it to bits, spent miles too much money on go faster bits, took it to shows, but then "baby forces reluctant sale". Now running the hearse, a Volvo V40 T4. To the uneducated, it's a black Volvo estate, to people in the know it's got 200bhp  Now on the look out for a cheap MX5 because the baby isn't a baby anymore and she keeps asking daddy for a car with no roof, like peppa pigs  Anyone else? |

Lovely gesture Kirsty. It's not just the worry of damage though, there's too many parcels getting 'lost in the post' nowadays as well.  That's exactly what I was thinking. I am on the verge of making my first mod purchase and would love a LT trial. I have got loads of bubble wrap but don't trust royal mail at the min. :-[ |

Many thanks frosty I appreciate your comments GG is a golden greek and SD is a screwdriver . The SD is probably one of the earliest mods made by trog an excellent solid pv . As for the GG I don't know much about them , Chrissie seemed to have hers stuck to her hand when we met her so didn't get much of a chance to see it Thanks for clearing up the abbreviations storm. Just had a look @ the SD on totally wicked and think it's time to buy my first mod. I have been following the mini argento thread on here and it seems to get great reviews but so does the SD. So which one to go for? Is it personal preference or does one do more than 'tother?. Is it worth putting up a wanted in the classifieds? |

Frosty, more than happy to meet up with you tomorrow to try & help sort you out. Only got a couple of long wick vision egos, but got hundreds of Boge cartos & litres of juice. Plus a GG or an SD mk1 you could borrow to try out Chrissie, you are a diamond. I feel like I should be paying a membership fee to be part of this forum. So many decent people willing to help total strangers. Having a slightly better day today, managed to keep busy. I dug out a very old "cig-a-like" I purchased last year and it came with 10ml of "mojo gold & silver" which I have been vaping in a old V1 clearo. I still can't stand the smell of the RY4, it's been steeping for 4 days now  Chrissie, I have no idea what a GG or a SD is but I fancy a go  Maybe we should try to organize a Cornish mini meet so I can thank people face to face and try out these abbreviated wonders. BTW, I can not recommend storm's diy RY4 highly enough. I am still too new to give a review but if I was told that I could only choose 1 juice for the rest of my vaping days, that would be it. frosty I've made you another 20ml but I can't post till monday .. by the time you get it , it should be almost ready to vape , steep time is around 5 days Storm you are a star, sorry only just seen your PM, it's been a very long day. I have been fixing the garden fence most of the day, I convinced myself this morning it would be a 10 minute job. It turned into almost 10 hours. Does anyone have any ideas about the vision that is making my batt flash dimly? If I screw it one thread it seems to want to fire, any more just a dull flash. |

Thanks people, must admit, I was close to knocking it on the head. Fortunately, Storm sent me a sample of his lovely diy RY4 which has kept me going for the last couple of days in a old vision I had, but that will be gone by tomorrow lunch. So as it stands, I have 2 full V2 visions, one just makes my battery think it's a disco light, the other I am scared to vape for fear of vomiting and 46ml of Mr Muscle steeping. Bad times |

I had RY4 from electro ciggy last week, not found any problems with mine, OH vapes it too Thanks for that annie, the price is good and like I said delivery was spot on. Do you let yours steep? It smells as it should. |

In said package was 50ml of dekang RY4 from here - www.electro-ciggie.co.uk/Dekang-E-liquid--50ml-.html - excellent next day delivery btw, so opened the bottle, got the familiar RY4 smell, loaded up 2 brand new V2 stardusts that I ordered from britvapes last week, put 1 in my suit pocket the other in wifey's mini, but perfect length handbag. Got to the church, went to have a vape, nothing, light keeps flashing on my ego batt, not the low batt light just a double dim flash. Put it down to a dodgey stardust, nevermind, I will vape the other so I fired up the other and got the worst tasting vape ever, just chemicals and rubber. Put it down to the pre fill stuff in the stardust, so did the suck/blow for a couple of draws but it's still there. I have now done .5ml through it but am still getting the worst taste ever on top of that, it starts gurgling and actually fires a drop of red hot juice on to my cheek through the mouthpiece. I have got 5 of these V2 long wick jobbies and 50ml of RY4 that I am really unhappy with, what should I do? Go back to the vendors and explain? I have used the V1 stardusts for a couple of weeks to this and been very happy with them, could they be making the juice taste shit or could it be a bad batch of juice, like I said it smells right. Sorry for the mega rant, hopefully someone has had a similar experience, T.I.A Frosty > |

Hi Hissie, none to swap sorry but why don't you cut it down? I think a bottle of vg is about £1.29 from boots and 10ml of RY4 flavouring from hc is about £2. If you change your mind about swapping it, I would be interested |

As long as you clean them every couple of days I find them brilliant. Sometimes you get one which just doesn't work very well, the flavour is muted. I've noted the vast differences in the way the wick is put in from new and I think this is the reason. So if you get a bad one, just rewick it. How do you do that then? Where do you purchase the wick from? |

Hi Chris, I was in your position only a couple of weeks ago but thanks to the people and advice I recieved from many people on this forum, I have been smoke free since my starter kit arrived .
