Hi all,
Bought the Aromamizer Supreme V2.1 and it's great and will keep using it, according to my son it's a doddle to build so all good.
But the only downside for me is how airy it is, after a vape i look like i'm coming up for air from drowning
Now the Kangertech Subtank Mini which i have had for many years has the perfect airyness (if thats a word) for me.
Is there tanks out there that are a doddle to build like the Aromamizer Supreme V2.1 and less airy, looking for a tighter vape.
Was looking at the Hellvape Destiny RTA as that looks even easier to build than the Aromamizer Supreme V2.1 according to my son but after watching a video it looks very airy judging by the vapers face

Sorry to tell you that deck won't fit its for the Plus V1 and V2 which are a 30mm diameter tank. Thanks for the heads up, i just quickly e-mailed them and they have refunded my money as it was not being dispatched until later today.
On a good note my son just re-coiled the twin deck into a single coil using 0.5 kanthal wire with 8 turns around a 3mm rod, came out @ 0.7ohms and he said it's very easy, vaping it now and it's great.
Don't ask me what all them numbers/wordings are i'm just relaying what he says to me

Hi all,
My son has just built the Aromamizer using 2 x Single Core Clapton Coils 0.98ohms and the total ohms came out as 0.46ohms.
On my old tank using a basic kanthal 0.5 with 8 turns came out at 0.5 ish and i vaped @ 28w.
Now that i'm using two coils at around the same ohms as before do i still vape at 28w or higher due to having more coils? dunno why but at 28w it feels a little weak on the throat hit.
Don't want to go any higher without advice just in case i burn the cotton.

Just putting everything in the basket and noticed the Aromamizer Supreme V2.1 is 25mm wide and my battery is 22mm wide so their will be a overhang As i'm getting a new tank i may aswell get a new battery to go with it, don't need anything fancy just something simple and not too big. Anyone had any experience with these: www.vapeclub.co.uk/vape-mods/vaporesso/swag-2 more info on it here www.vaporesso.com/vape-batteries-mods/swag-2Looks rather dinky. Or can you suggest something different.

Sorry back again, to make things easier on my son, does pre-made coils work ok? If he was to dual coil with the Steam Crave Aromamizer Supreme v2 and i wanted the total ohms to be 0.5 would i need 2 x 0.25ohms pre-made coils? If so do you know a place in the UK that sells pre-made kanthal coils? Never used anything other than kanthal so do know much about other materials. Also would my Aspire NX80 handle dual coils? Sorry for all the questions Just looking for easy peasy life with the vape. Denny

Thanks all for the replies, i have some questions regarding the Aromamizer Supreme V2.1, that tanks looks right up my street. Well the questions are from my son as it will be him building it 1: Where is the best place to buy it in the UK, would also like to buy the dedicated single coil deck if stocked in the UK 2: Would kanthal 0.2 be ok with it for single coil (gonna presume yes) 3: If i was to put two coils in it would kanthal 0.2 still be ok? 4: I use cotton bacon, is that still the best stuff out there? 5: I noticed that it has a very big drip tip, can a 510 drip tip be used?...not a lover of those big drip tips. Thanks Denny

Hi all,
Been using the Kanger Subtank for many years now (never dropped it once) and it has served me well.
The only change it has had is the re-buildable part was changed to a newer vesion that has bigger juice holes.
My son does all the re-building for me, new coils, new cotton, think he uses 0.2 kanthal and cotton bacon, i vape at 0.5ohms at 28w...well that is what my screen shows me
Battery i use is a Aspire NX80 (stainless steel version) and serves me very well.
My question is, has things changed tank wise over the years, is there a tank out there that is as easy to re-build as the Kanger Subtank and produces a better vape?
I want to get a new tank but i don't want to get one that is harder to build than the one i have as it's not me building it, it's my son and he builds it with ease.
Or do you think it's a case of "If it ain't broken, Don't fix it"?
Think i am just bored of looking at the same tank over the years

I've used Lubrisolve a few times and have been relatively happy.... for PG & VG. I don't think they sell Aqueous glycerine, however if you are mixing 50/50, you may find straight VG okay, as the PG will reduce the overall viscosity. Re. nicotine base.... I believe that there are still some suppliers of 72mg/ml... but I'm unsure, maybe a member will PM you. Many thanks for the link, it looks like i will go for:
Think i have got it right?

This is what i am trying to make:
Amount: 50ml E-Liquid Ratio: VG/PG: 50/50 Nicotine Strength: 3.6mg Nicotine Base Strength: 18mg Nicotine Base Ratio: PG Flavour Concentrate: 15ml PG based Would these calculations look correct to you's to make the above: Recipe:
PG: 7.50ML VG: 25ML NICOTINE: 10ML FLAVOUR: 7.50 Yes, your calculations appear correct. I think you made a typo with flavour though where you said "15ml" instead of "%" Spot on, silly me

www.ejuice.breaktru.com/ this is the best calculator to use plus all the added apps like how to mix two strengths of nic to give the required strength
I might use the software you linked but not sure it's worth it as i only vape Heisenberg & Red Astaire, i suppose it will be great software if i was making various eliquids so i will keep it in mind.
Thanks

Hi all,
New here to the forum, been vaping now for 6 years, not had one ciggy since
I am wondering if someone could help me out since a lot of things have changed since i last bought some nicotine.....still rocking with my old trusty Kangertech tank (rebuild my own coils) and a Aspire NX80....both serve me very well.
About 5 years ago i bought some large bottles of 72mg (PG) nicotine and ever since then i have been making my own eliquid for myself.
It has come to the time that i am running out of the nicotine i bought and a lot of changes have come into place since then.
I just want to get this right so if someone could look over this for me it would be much appreciated.
This is what i am trying to make:
Amount: 50ml E-Liquid Ratio: VG/PG: 50/50 Nicotine Strength: 3.6mg Nicotine Base Strength: 18mg Nicotine Base Ratio: PG Flavour Concentrate: 15ml PG based
Would these calculations look correct to you's to make the above:
Recipe:
PG: 7.50ML VG: 25ML NICOTINE: 10ML FLAVOUR: 7.50
Also can anyone recommend vendors to buy:
Aqueous Glycerine (prefer this as it saves me diluting VG) Propylene Glycol Nicotine Base PG
Your thoughts most welcome.
All the best
Denny
