Bathy it looks good.... my only suggestion would be that many visitors won't know what 'chat with Bathy' means - it might be better saying 'chat with a representative' or even just 'chat with us' i agree i think i will change that.. the fame must have gone to my head !!! lol |

how it works is. there is only one conversation at any one time so i would be off line to everyone except the person who i am talking to. the guide for beginners is in progress as is vids.

Hi peeps. i would just like to ask for people's opinion.

On my website i have made it so customers can talk to me LIVE as they shop to ask questions.
Is this a good idea or do you think customers should be left alone while they shop. !
All questions come straight to my iphone so i can be anywhere to answer them.
any thoughts.
