Something's not right, you shouldn't be able to insert a plug with only the two power pins. but i can, but i won't use it like that, IF l find the pin somehow can it be put back in plug or do i have to replace the plug pls?

Some, that don't use the earth pin, have a plastic pin instead. Having said that they need A top pin, even if it's not connected to anything, as the earth pin being pushed in opens up The other two pin holes. Are you sure it's not broken off in the socket? the socket is working fine so unless there is a way for it to disapear inside then its not in there and i can't find it anywhere so would seem i have a plug pin eating ghost here which leaves me with more expense to shell out now

If you look at most wall plugs for USB's phone chargers, Ipad chargers, the third pin which is the Earth pin on a normal plug, is usually a dummy plastic pin, it serves no purpose apart from when you plug it in it opens the little flap for the other two pins to go into the socket, if you plug has the larger top pin missing it sounds like it has snapped off in the wall socket, try putting another three pin plug in the socket, if it won't go in then the broken pin is still in the wall socket, if it is stuck in there the chances are you will have to replace the wall socket unless you can somehow get the broken pin out, and that will be near impossible, PLEASE PLEASE! make sure you TURN OFF THE POWER before trying anything to remove it, if your unsure of Electrics get someone else qualified to change the wall socket, it's easy if you know what your doing, but if your unsure in any way don't even try it, Mow,, it is the top pin that is on its own that is missing but the socket works fine

Hi guys me again i have never heard of this before and wondered if anyone else had?? I use a 3 pin plug and attach a usb cable to charge my spinners with, but for a while now mine has been seeming to take anything upto a complete day to charge so i thought it was the usb cable and ordered another from vapescape that came this morning and imagine my surprise when i unpluged the charger from the wall to change the cable There is only 2 pins in it and a empty space where the other one should be but i never leave it plugged in unless i am using it and never noticed anything wrong with it last night when i unplugged it. i have taken the screws out and the missing pin is not inside and have used the plug socket and that seems to be working fine so my questiion is Where Has It Gone???? has anyone else had this happen please??

I know i have asked about this before and you were all brilliant but i have to admit defeat and buy the heads as i just can't see what i am doing due to poor eyes, so can anyone reccommend anywhere in the uk to buy these from please? i have looked on ebay but the couple i thought were good value had quite lot of poor feedback so i thought i should ask the experts on here for guidance

Presuming it came via post so look for the envelope as ticket could be inside still? really feel for you, sit quiet close your eyes and mentally try and retrace your steps from when you first got the ticket but sorry to say you have to Relax to do this, that's a tall order but gota be worth a try? good luck and let us know if you find it you do
